• Disrupt the operation of the Service or its servers, including denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, web scraping, or excessive automated requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company providing the Service is registered, except where the local laws of your jurisdiction take precedence under applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through international arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Singapore.
